Position: Onsite Manager
Location: Durham, NC
Pay: $70,000 to $75,000/year (Depending on experience)
Experience: 3+ years of Account Management and HR experience.
Greene Resources is seeking an Onsite Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Build and strengthen relationships with managers to ensure recruitment needs are met.
- Address and resolve client concerns by offering practical solutions.
- Meet with clients to discuss upcoming recruitment needs and workforce forecasting.
- Oversee open work orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Ensure all submissions meet requisition deadlines.
- Present quarterly trends in recruitment and retention for client projects.
- Support employee orientations by covering general policies, client-specific rules and regulations, job responsibilities, and benefits.
- Collaborate with the Talent Engagement team to deliver client feedback and improve performance.
- Review and update current policies and procedures as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for both Greene Resources and clients.
- Provide after-hours emergency support for client managers.
- Contribute to various projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Proficient in various computer software, with strong skills in MS Word and Excel.
- Capable of efficiently resolving problems and finding solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and achieve objectives without supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business correspondence and email communication.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with employees and clients.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
